Order Processing
All orders received on business days, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within (1 -2 days) subject to volume. Any orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched within (24 hours) from the next business day. We will always try and ship your order in full however if a product goes out of stock while your order is processing, we will be in contact to best meet your delivery needs.

* $7.00 Urban deliveries
* $9.00 for Rural Delivery
Please note that we send all parcels via signature required. If you choose to leave your parcel at a designated area, Luvi Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for ensuring the package is received.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery, rural delivery may take up to 5 days.
While we don’t charge additional fees for dangerous goods, please beware these can delay delivery timeframes by up to 8 days when USP volumes are high.
All shipping indications on this site are based on average shipping times for the stated product and where customers have supplied all their correct shipping information. Luvi Cosmetics endeavors to meet these shipping schedules but will not be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete shipping information or delayed UPS.
Weather, promotional periods, public holidays, and delivery network issues can all cause delivery delays.
If your order does not arrive within 8 days, please check your member account for your order status. If your order has been shipped, please contact USP with your tracking code. If your order is showing any other status other than shipping, please contact us at info@luvicosmetics.com
